It operates through Romi Machines, Burkhardt+Weber Machines, and Castings for Industrial Applications segments. Its machine tools include turning and machine centers, vertical turning centers, drilling and threading center, CNC and universal lathes, vertical CNC lathes, heavy and extra heavy CNC lathes, and CNC boring machines. The company's plastic processing machines comprise injection molding machines and blowers. It is also involved in the manufacture and sale of industrial equipment and accessories, and tools and parts; and provision of systems analysis and data processing software development related to the production, commercialization, and use of machine tools and plastic machines. In addition, the company engages in the export and import activities; holds interest in other companies; and manages third party assets. Further, it provides spare parts and technical assistance; and machinery for specialized applications; engages in the real estate activities, including purchases and sales, and lease of company-owned properties, exploration of real estate rights, intermediation of real estate businesses, and provisions of sureties and guarantees; and grants lines of credit for financing of machines.
