The company is also designing and developing iHelp+3G, a wearable biosensor device for health and wellness that operates on 3G network. It offers its products primarily for the elderly and physically disabled, as well as for persons living alone. The company markets its products through its Websites, medipendant.com, and ihelpalarm.com; and wholesalers, as well as distributes its products in Denmark, Ireland, Bermuda, and the People's Republic of China. The company was formerly known as Medical Alarm Concepts Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Wearable Health Solutions, Inc. in June 2016.
