At long last, Rumble (NASDAQ: RUM ) has finalized its reverse merger with CF Acquisition VI. This means that CFVI stock is gone, and RUM stock is trading in its place.

Shares of CF Acquisition (NASDAQ: CFVI ) are getting buried on Thursday, with shares down more than 16%. The move adds to the latest list of volatility for CFVI stock.

Shareholders of Cantor Fitzgerald Acquisition Corp. VI, a special-purpose acquisition company, voted to take Rumble public in a special meeting Thursday.

CF Acquisition Corp. VI shareholders have approved of the SPAC merger with Rumble. CF Acquisition shares will start trading under the "RUM" ticker symbol on Monday, September 19.
