Welltower Price Target Raised to $102 From $80 on Positive Business Update & Secular Strength

Analysts at Deutsche Bank increased their price target on Welltower Inc. (NYSE:WELL) to $102 from $80 on positive September business update by the company and secular strength.
The brokerage said it continues to see Welltower as a best-in-class secular winner with a solid yield and a substantial opportunity set for both internal and external growth.
Analysts believe the company's fundamentals held firm during the coronavirus with an occupancy inflection point achieved in March, and performance going forward should be consistently positive as the company moves to refill its pandemic-related earnings hole and capitalize on existing, pandemic related investment opportunities.
