American Tower (NYSE:AMT) reported its Q4 results, with an AFFO of $2.10 missing the consensus, while revenue of $2.45 billion came in slightly better than the consensus estimate of $2.41 billion.
Analysts at Oppenheimer view Q4 as a relatively weak quarter, all due to major Sprint churn. Normalized organic revenue growth declined 270bps year-over-year to 1.7%. AFFO per share guide was 4%, significantly below the 10% target.
The company will now include a new Data Center revenue segment as a result of its CoreSite acquisition, which closed in Q4/21.
