Bitcoin was trading more than 3% higher today, reaching the day high of $49,683. The cryptocurrency sharply recovered since Sept 29 when it was trading around $40,000-$41,000.

Kevin O’Leary from Shark Tank tweeted he now owns more crypto than gold in his portfolio, hoping to reach a 7% crypto allocation level in the coming months. He said that this is the first time his crypto exposure is bigger than the gold exposure, noting that he doesn’t see a situation where crypto is ever going away.
