Coinbase Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:COIN) launched its Web3 Social Marketplace for NFTs on Wednesday. “Coinbase NFT”, which is live now in beta, is a peer-to-peer community platform enabling creators and collectors to discover, display, purchase and create digital assets.

According to the company, there will be no transaction fees for a limited time, but it will add them in the future, in line with industry standards.

While the first version of its NFT marketplace supports only file types in the form of digital illustrations, photos, and videos, the company plans to add more file types, such as audio and more, in the future.
