Jared Polis, the governor of the U.S. state of Colorado, talked about the state’s efforts to accept cryptocurrency for tax payments during an interview with CNBC. Polis said that he anticipates Colorado to accept cryptocurrency for all of the state tax-related purposes by summer 2022. He added that within several months after that the state will accept crypto for other things like driver’s licenses or hunting licenses.
