Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) announces the appointment of David Zinsner as the company’s CFO, effective January 17. Zinsner was the CFO of Micron, and also held CFO roles at Analog Devices and Intersil.

This decision was followed by the company’s announcement on its Q3 earnings call regarding current CFO George Davis' intentions to retire. George Davis will remain at the company in an advisory role until May 2022 to ensure a smooth transition.
