TaskUs Shares Surge 16% Following Q4 Results

TaskUs, Inc. (NASDAQ:TASK) shares rose more than 16% on Tuesday following the company’s strong Q4 results, with EPS of $0.34 coming slightly above the consensus estimate of $0.33. Revenue was $226.8 million, beating the consensus estimate of $216.01 million.

According to the analysts at RBC Capital, Q4 earnings and guidance (expected Q1/22 revenue of $0.98-1 billion) suggest the company continues to go deeper and more complex with existing clients while winning new and broader mandates with new clients.

Following the results and outlook, the analysts raised their 2022 and 2023 revenue/Adjusted EBITDA estimates to $990 million/$228 million and $1.2 billion/$290 million from $957 million/$218 million and $1.2 billion/ $265 million, respectively.

Despite strong results, the analysts lowered their price target on the company’s shares to $46 from $62 to reflect the current market volatility and peer comparisons.
