Texas Instruments Incorporated (NASDAQ:TXN) is expected to report its Q3 earnings on Oct 26. Analysts at Oppenheimer provided their outlook on the upcoming quarterly results, expecting a modest beat/raise set-up compared to the consensus estimate of sales/EPS of $4.7 billion/$2.05 for Q3 and $4.5 billion/$1.93 for Q4.
The analysts see upside to the flattish Q3 guide, considering demand signals remain broadly strong while the company has topped guidance the last five quarters by 11% on average. According to the brokerage, supply shortages are transitory and likely to push demand forward.
