Vertex, Inc. (NASDAQ:VERX) reported its Q4 results, with EPS coming in at $0.08, beating the consensus estimate of $0.05. Revenue was $111.7 million, compared to the consensus estimate of $109.2 million.
Analysts at Berenberg Bank provided their views on the company following the results, stating that the company is continuing to grow cloud revenue (up 38% year-over-year), but seeing the tick up in ARR (up 15% year-over-year organic), new logos and NRR (108%) as the most important leading indicators of future performance.
The company expects full 2022-year revenue in the range of $479-483 million, compared to the consensus estimate of $474.6 million.
Analysts at Berenberg Bank said they remain optimistic about the company’s ability to reach over 20% growth given its dominant position in the market for large enterprises and continued investment in enhancing both its products and partner network. The analysts also see regulatory catalysts driving additional growth, especially in the EU.
