Analysts at Deutsche Bank provided their outlook on Workday, Inc. (NASDAQ:WDAY) ahead of the company’s Q4 results, which are going to be reported on Feb 28.
The analysts anticipate solid results, with the company continuing to benefit from the demand for back-office modernization, the richness of its product portfolio, and solid execution.
According to the analysts, HCM modules geared towards the tight labor backdrop (e.g., Talent, Planning) continue to perform well, while trends across verticals like Education, Government, and Healthcare remain strong and perhaps accelerated in the quarter. Areas such as FINS and ME also continue to see good momentum, and labor constraints remain very real for the partner ecosystem, though seemingly not yet impacting the company.
