The Metals segment engages in mining and refining of bauxite and nepheline ore into alumina; smelting of primary aluminum from alumina; and fabrication of aluminum and aluminum alloys into semi-fabricated and finished products. The Power segment is involved in the power generation, transmission, trading, and distribution activities, as well as coal production and supply. It also engages in the silicon production, and repair and maintenance activities; and provision of engineering, management, and financial services. The company was formerly known as En+ Group plc and changed its name to En+ Group International public joint-stock company in July 2019.
