The investment seeks to provide short exposure to the credit of North American high yield debt issuers. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective primarily through investing in a portfolio of credit derivatives whose underlying reference entities are North American high yield (i.e., below investment grade or "junk bond") debt issuers. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets in centrally cleared, index-based credit default swaps ("CDS") that, in combination, should have economic characteristics that correlate to the inverse of the North American high yield credit market. [EBIT/Revenue] The company's asset turnover (ATO) is (Revenue ÷ Average Total Assets). The company's equity multiplier is (Average Total Assets ÷ Average Total Equity).
