AI and Crypto-Linked Securities Lead Major Market Gains

TJGC Group Limited (NASDAQ: TJGC) jumped 53.95% to $16.84 after appointing electronics-manufacturing veteran Kalvin Kwok to lead a subsidiary's expansion into AI hardware. TJGC remains a small, highly volatile company, so the announcement does not yet confirm meaningful revenue from the new strategy.

Forward Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FWDI) gained 24.27% to $7.70 after updating its proposal to acquire SkyAI. The offer values SkyAI at $2.13 per share, a 50% premium to its September 14 closing price. Forward also holds Solana as its principal treasury asset.

Crypto-linked funds also rallied. The Defiance Daily Target 2X Long MSTR ETF (NASDAQ: MSTX) rose 32.67% to $18.73, while the 2x Solana ETF (NASDAQ: SOLT) gained 26.74% to $71.20. These funds target twice the daily, not long-term, performance of their underlying assets.

The gains followed rallies in Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR), formerly MicroStrategy, and Solana. MSTR climbed approximately 16.4%, while Solana gained about 12.2%. Gemini Space Station, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEMI) also advanced 30.93% to $5.81 amid broader strength in crypto-related assets.
