Autodesk Shares Rise After Q3 Beat and Full-Year Outlook Increase

Autodesk Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) reported stronger-than-expected third-quarter fiscal 2026 results on Tuesday, with earnings and revenue topping analyst forecasts and prompting a full-year guidance raise. Shares advanced more than 3% during Wednesday's session.

The design and engineering software provider posted adjusted earnings of $2.67 per share, surpassing the consensus estimate of $2.50. Revenue climbed 18% year over year to $1.85 billion, exceeding expectations of $1.81 billion and reflecting broad strength across business lines.

Autodesk lifted its fiscal 2026 outlook and now anticipates adjusted EPS of $10.18 to $10.25, well above the $9.95 analyst consensus. Full-year revenue is now projected at $7.15 billion to $7.17 billion.

For the fiscal fourth quarter, the company expects revenue of $1.90 billion to $1.92 billion, with adjusted EPS estimated at $2.59 to $2.67.
