Accenture plc (NYSE:ACN) is going to report Q4/21 results on Sept 23, where the company is expected to deliver a quarterly revenue of $13,499 million (~24.6% year-over-year) and EPS of $2.18, according to the analysts at Deutsche Bank.
Due to the recent spike in digital IT services demand, bookings have accelerated and the company has ramped up hiring to meet demand. In addition, the company has boosted investments in acquisitions that are centered on its strategic priorities (Cloud, Industry X, Interactive, and Security), which continue to accelerate in double digits.
With acquisitions expected to add ~4ppts to 2022 inorganic revenue growth, above the historical average of ~2ppts, the brokerage believes the company could guide top-line to ~8-11% year-over-year cc.
Given the strong fundamental momentum for the company’s IT Services, analysts at Deutsche Bank increased their price target to $395 from $310, reiterating their buy rating.
