Hillary Clinton, the former U.S. presidential candidate, called on the Biden administration to regulate cryptocurrencies, during an interview on Tuesday. She mentioned the risks of manipulations from countries like Russia and China, who can use it to their advantage to destabilize countries as well as the U.S. dollar.
