UniFirst Stock Drops 3% Following Q3 EPS Miss

UniFirst Corp (NYSE:UNF) shares fell more than 3% pre-market today after the company reported its Q3 earnings, with EPS of $1.66 coming in worse than the Street estimate of $1.79. Revenue grew 12.7% year-over-year to $576.67 million, beating the Street estimate of $564.19 million.

Regarding the recent acquisition of Clean Uniform, Sintros highlighted the positive initial progress, primarily centered around preserving Clean's key resources: its employees and its customer base.

For the full 2023 year, the company expects EPS in the range of $5.02-$5.37, compared to the Street estimate of $7.08, and revenue in the range of $2.22-$2.23 million, compared to the Street estimate of $2.217 million.
