  • Adjusted Earnings Beat: Winnebago Industries reported adjusted earnings of $0.49 per share, surpassing the $0.47 estimate, despite a revenue miss.
  • Revenue Decline: Fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 revenue fell to $645.1 million, a 17% decrease year-over-year, attributed to fewer unit sales and product mix changes.

Winnebago Industries (NYSE: WGO) makes motorhomes, travel trailers and boats. It reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 results before the market opened on October 21. Adjusted earnings were $0.49 per share, above the $0.47 estimate in the initial report, while revenue of $645.1 million fell short of the $660.1 million estimate.

Revenue was down about 17% from $777.3 million a year earlier. Winnebago attributed the decline mainly to fewer units sold and a change in the mix of products customers bought. Shares rose more than 6% after the report, as highlighted by Benzinga.

The earnings comparison depends on the estimate used. Zacks Investment Research put its earnings estimate at $0.50 per share and its revenue estimate at $664.76 million, meaning Winnebago missed both of those figures. The company also reported net income of $9.7 million, equal to $0.34 per diluted share. That differs from adjusted earnings, which exclude certain items.

Gross profit fell to $80.7 million from $99.2 million, and gross margin—the share of revenue left after production costs—narrowed to 12.5% from 12.8%. Adjusted EBITDA, a measure of operating performance before several expenses, fell 14.7% to $32.6 million. Winnebago said its net leverage ratio improved to 2.2 times and issued fiscal 2027 guidance.
