The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of equity securities and debt securities. Under normal circumstances no less than 25% and no more than 75% of the fund's total assets will be invested in equity securities. It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated equity or debt securities of non-U.S. issuers traded in the United States that are not in the S&P 500 Index.
