The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in companies listed on U.S. national securities exchanges and in foreign companies through American Depositary Receipts or other types of depositary receipts, which are U.S. dollar denominated securities of foreign issuers listed on U.S. national securities exchanges. It invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of large-cap companies principally engaged in the business of providing financial services. The fund is non-diversified.
