Equity securities include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, depositary receipts such as American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") and European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs"), and interests in other investment companies, including exchange-traded funds that invest in equity securities.
