Nayax is expanding into U.S. fuel retail through a distribution partnership with Allied Electronics, as highlighted by GlobeNewswire. Allied will offer Nayax's VPOS Media 5 outdoor payment solution to fuel retailers. Nayax says U.S. convenience stores generated more than $450 billion in fuel sales in 2025, and cards made up 81% of pump transactions, up from 64% a decade ago.

The company also completes a $350 million cash acquisition of IPS Group, a smart-parking technology provider, as highlighted by GlobeNewswire. IPS serves more than 250,000 parking spaces across the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Ireland.
