Earnings per share show profit spread across the company’s shares. Adjusted earnings rose from $0.59 per share a year earlier, while adjusted income increased 40.3% to $19.00 million. Revenue grew 2.1% as Home & Outdoor growth offset a decline in Beauty & Wellness, as highlighted by Proactive Investors.

The company’s adjusted EBITDA, a measure of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, rose to $49.40 million from $36.20 million. Its adjusted EBITDA margin increased to 11.2% from 8.4%, meaning more of each sales dollar remained after the costs included in that measure.

Helen of Troy now expects fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings of $3.60 to $4.15 per share, up from its prior forecast of $3.25 to $3.75.
