PAE Incorporated provides operational solutions and outsourced services for the United States government, other allied governments, international organizations, and companies. PAE Incorporated was founded in 1955 and is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia. As of February 15, 2022, PAE Incorporated operates as a subsidiary of Amentum Government Services Holdings LLC.
