Leading financial firm Oppenheimer maintains its Outperform rating and raises its price target to $430.00 from $380.00. This new target is approximately 26% above the $341.70 share price at the time of the update. A price target represents an analyst’s estimate of where a stock could trade in the future.

BTIG analyst Gray Powell also maintains a Buy rating and raises his price target for Cloudflare to $413.00 from $382.00. He emphasizes stronger growth and significant product momentum. As reported by Benzinga, Powell projects Cloudflare’s fourth-quarter revenue could reach $800.00 million. Revenue, a key indicator of financial performance, is the total money a company generates from its operations before deducting expenses.

Positive feedback from Cloudflare partners further supports the optimistic growth outlook. One partner reported impressive year-to-date growth of 40%–50%, accelerating to the high-70% range in September. A European distributor highlighted that Cloudflare is actively gaining market share and successfully expanding its business with large enterprise customers. Despite this positive sentiment, the Benzinga report also observed some selling pressure on Cloudflare shares.

As highlighted by Defenseworld, Cloudflare stock reached a 52-week high of $370.35 following BTIG’s increased price target. Other prominent analysts also revised their targets upwards: RBC to $346.00, Scotiabank to $390.00, and UBS to $350.00.
