Molson Coors Beverage Co.'s stock TAP, +1.63% rose fractionally in premarket trading on Tuesday after the beer maker said it booked a “strong start” to the year by nearly tripling its net income while revenue jumped 10.7%. Molson Coors said its first-quarter net income rose to $207.8 million, or 97 cents a share, from $72.5 million, or 33 cents a share, in the year-ago quarter.
