In addition, the company develops and invests in real estate properties. Further, it engages in interior decoration, trustee, travel agency, and management services. Additionally, the company invests in securities; and provides treasury functions. The company was formerly known as Hai Sun Hup Group Ltd. Stamford Land Corporation Ltd was founded in 1935 and is based in Singapore.
