The underlying index is designed to reflect a dynamic combination of factor exposures drawn from constituent stocks of the Russell 1000 ® Index (the “Russell 1000” or “Parent Index”), which measures the performance of the 1,000 largest-capitalization companies in the United States. The fund is non-diversified.
