The fund offers a plain vanilla exposure to broad sectors by tracking the performance of a broad US equity market index. The underlying index targets the 500 largest firms by market capitalization in the United States. Securities are selected and weighted based on their market capitalization. The index is calculated as a net total return index in Canadian dollars and is rebalanced semi-annually with quarterly IPO reviews.
