Small capitalization companies are defined by the investment advisor as issuers that, have a market capitalization that is within or below the range of companies in the Russell 2000 Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in common stocks of small capitalization companies. The fund may invest up to 15% of its total assets in sponsored ADRs issued by foreign companies.
